Please be advised that between 10:28am and 12:41pm on Thursday November 6, 2025, we experienced intermittent connection issues when some customers were attempting to process payments via QuickWeb. The affected applications were restarted at 12:41pm, with full service restored at 12:44pm. QuickWeb was not available at all during this 3-minute window.
