Please be advised that we are experiencing some delays in bank statement delivery today. The root cause has been identified and is currently being fixed. All Qvalent applications remain online, however our service levels have been impacted as a result of this upstream issue.

Whilst we don't currently have an ETA for bank statements to be delivered, we are expecting that they will be delivered later today. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
